We enjoyed a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The water park kept my kids entertained for hours. The staff were exceptional. especially Mahmud El-Masri and Osama Mohamed. Dining options varied and were consistently 

the beds were big, i slept well.

Had good sleep at the deluxe queen room with 1 big bed, nice view, as for instance.

The fantastic water park kept my kids smiling all day long! The evening entertainment was lovely, especially the Neverland show that had everyone thrilled.

The room was clean with 1 big bed, nice view, excellent service. Nice design of it. Quick check-in, understanding employees.

Overall absolutely great hotel, I came here with my 2 children. The staff was very good as I expected. I only slept at the a twin room, but greatly enjoyed it. The stay was terrific, recommend.

The kids loved the aqua park. I was especially impressed with the night manager, who transformed our stay with his personable approach. The sheer number of towel animals left by the staff made my kids laugh 

my previous stay in sharm el-sheikh was nice, but this time at the pickalbatros was even better! the aqua park was fantastic, and my kids loved every slide and pool. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially mr metwally,

The aquapark offered a fantastic experience for families, with an impressive variety of slides and pools catering to all ages, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication to guest comfort, ensuring everything was clean and in order. however, some areas could benefit from more frequent maintenance, especially the surroundings of the dining options. Although the food featured some commendable regional dishes, overall dining quality could be improved, as freshness often varied. It's a pleasant spot for family fun but has its share of areas needing attention.

The resort boasts impressive cleanliness and friendly staff, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The vibrant Aqua Park was a hit with the kids, making their days fun-filled. the food variety seemed quite repetitive, diminishing the overall dining experience.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, made our stay enjoyable with the always clean beach access and various energetic activities provided throughout the day for our kids.

Some areas, particularly around the dining spaces, seemed to lack regular maintenance and could benefit from more frequent upkeep.

Amazing family fun time!

We had a blast at this resort! The water park is super fun, especially for my little ones. The staff were really friendly and always made us feel welcome. One funny moment was when our kids found a towel animal in our room – they loved it! Sneaky mosquitoes got a bit annoying in the evenings. great stay!
